We had such a blast at the last wine dinner where we paired up with our friends at Oz Wines, a unique wine importer who focuses on small, hand-crafted and organic wines, as well as Berkshire Organics, where they feature exclusively biodynamic, organic and naturally-made wines on their shelves, that we decided we had to do it again! Oz’s owner, Andrew Bishop has been all over Portugal discovering little producers who are part of the renewal of Portugese wine production, committed to indigenous grapes and natural wine-making. He’s created a line-up of the juicy, delicious Portugese wines that we love, and we’ll pair them with a menu of Portugese-inspired, French-executed dishes for you to enjoy!
