Everyone needs some inspiration in the kitchen from time to time. What to cook? Give me a reliable recipe! Show me a new technique! I’m bored of my regular routine!

Manger! Boire! Eat! Drink! is our way of contributing a solution to this situation: every Thursday night (excluding holiday weeks) we come up with a new theme, new recipes, a couple of new wines to drink and pair, and a cooking demonstration to share some new ideas with you, all with the idea of you taking the info home and giving it a try. Come join us for a fun night of Eating, Drinking, talking about food and recipes and just generally enjoying ourselves. Restaurant chefs have lots of techniques and tricks of the trade to share, but rarely do we step out of the kitchen to talk about what we do. For $35.00 every week we try to step out of our comfort zone a bit to offer a great meal, a few wine pairing ideas, and recipes.

We are excited to dive into an exciting new cookbook by one of our favorite local cookbook writers, Darra Goldstein: Fire & Ice, Classic Nordic Cooking. All of the menu and recipes will be inspired by this gorgeous new book! The menu will be inspired by the sea: A brined Ice Cellar Salmon, followed by Crispy Fried Fish with a Nordic Winter Salad, and for dessert a Wild Blueberry & Cranberry Tosca Cake with Almonds.
Feb. 4, we will not have Manger! Boire! because on Feb. 5, Didier Boutet has kindly agreed to host a Burgundy Wine Dinner with us! We are always thrilled to work with Didier and his fabulous wine finds. We hope that you will be able to join us!

We create our menus with a focus on diversity of ingredients and ideas, and cannot substitute or change items too much.
