We’re going to be making a classic bistro menu around the recipe for Steak au Poivre this Thursday night for “Manger! Boire! Eat! Drink!” After our usual wine explanation and a demonstration of how to make this tradtional French dish, we’ll serve a wintery menu of a spinach souffle with salad, the steak (avec frites, bien sur) followed by dessert. $30. for all of this!
