A blend of 80% Semillion & 20% Sauvignon Blanc from the Graves appellation near Sauternes.  The Semillion grown in this gravelly soil is rich & complex, with tones of melon & citrus.  The stainless steel fermentation yields a clean, elegant wine.

One of Maison Trimbach's most notable bottlings, this wine is rich with aromas of yellow juicy peaches and ripe pear followed by a rich, viscous palate. It has a lovely texture and creaminess with a hint of almond on the finish. This regal white is excellent with seafood, chicken, or mushrooms.
