It’s that time again. By this we are specifically referring to the fact that it is really DARK at night. It’s CHILLY. The branches are getting BARE. Summer is starting to drift away into memories and it’s time to start Manger! Boire! Eat! Drink! up again. We love hosting fellow foodies on Thursday nights here, through the winter, to enjoy a delicious meal around a theme (technique, recipe, region, ingredient) along with a few wines to sample with the dishes. We print up the recipes, we do a little cooking demo, and we leave you all to it: Eat, drink and enjoy! Price is the same: $35. excluding tax and tip, includes food, wine, recipes, cooking demo and fun foodie conversation.
We hope that you can join us this Thursday, Oct. 30 at 6:30 for a night showcasing Franck’s bar b que skills, which he has been honing in recent months. Bar b que Baby Back Ribs will be the showcase for the night, along with some classic sides and a Cheesecake technique which is so quick, easy and delicious even Rachel will make it. Sounds good?
