We’re excited to be back from vacation and to prepare a delicious Berkshire Maple Syrup-inspired menu for this coming Thursday night.  We’ll start with a maple-marinated salmon salad, followed by maple-glazed pork loin, and finish with Pudding Chomeur, a warm dessert from Quebec!  As always, delicious wines to pair with the cuisine; wine, food, recipes & a cooking demonstration all for $35!  We hope that you can join us*

This Thursday, May 9, we are going to explore citrus through the menu, a White Bean Salad with Citrus-Marinated Carpaccio, and Saffron & Orange Risotto with Crispy Fish, and a luscious Lemon Cake.  Wine, food, recipes and a cooking demonstration, still only $35.

Well, as usual we regret ending our MBED series for the season, but of course we’ll be back at the end of October with more foodie fun!  This Thursday we’re letting the season inspire us with a Spring Menu featuring an Asparagus & Ramp Souffle, Smoked Beef Shortribs, and a Rhubarb Custard Tart (if Rachel could only bring one dessert to a dessert island…).  We hope that you can join us one more time for food, wine, recipes and a cooking demonstration all for $35. excl tax and tip.  Call the restaurant to book; online system is not functional for the special events.  Merci and a bientot,
