About Mélusine Wines

(Pronounced: MEL-LOO-ZEEN)
We started with a wishlist of producers that we had built over the past 10 years, in our travels around France. It began with our winemaker friends, and grew organically. All of our producers, from across the Hexagon share three qualities in their farming and winemaking approach that we respect ; purity / terroir / harmony, (thanks, Jacques Néauport 😉)

Our role in the life of a bottle of wine is rare…for this side of the Atlantic. As export agents for the wineries of Mélusine Wines, we work directly for our wineries, holding close to our hearts the relationship we share with each of our producers and passionately promote their craft in markets across the country.
To see these wines arrive in bottle shops and restaurants in the US, to share the story of the spirit, the dedication and the expertise of these vignerons & vigneronnes, is the greatest reward.

We seek out producers who are transparent about how they farm their vines, how they make their wine, and who respect the patrimonie of the tradition of winemaking in France.
But most of all, we represent producers who love what they do . . . because we love what we do!

Looking forward to meeting you soon!

-Mary & Benjamin Daire
