We hope that you will join us, this week’s menu is inspired by the great French chef Joel Robuchon: a modern interpretation of the menu from Jan 30: a Mushroom & Lentil Pate, a 7-hr roasted & pressed Leg of Lamb with crispy Potato Fondant, and a Dark Chocolate Flan.  Both menus will be accompanied by French wines.  Each menu is, as always, $35. for food, wine, recipes & a cooking demonstration.
