We hope that you will join us, we’ll be doing a Manger! Boire! menu as usual on Friday night and this week we’re going all-vegan and all-Asian.  We will start with Vegetarian Maki Rolls, and after we are going to make home-made udon noodles for a hearty and satisfying Noodle Soup with Tofu & Kimchee.  For dessert, a serious “Midnight Special” chocolate “cream” pie.  As always, $35. for wine, food, recipes and a cooking demonstration. On January 30th we will begin our exploration of the cuisine of chef Joel Robuchon, first with a traditional dinner (this dinner will not be vegan ;-)) and then with a modern interpretation.  In between those weeks, on Feb. 6, Framingham brewers from Jack’s Abbey will come and host a 4-course Beer Dinner with us.
