Creamy Truffled Cod Brandade

CRICOVA – Brut Sparkling (chardonnay/pinot noir/aligote/sauvignon blanc)

Light straw color, nicely balanced taste and rich flowery bouquet with delicate aromas. Thesparkling wine has subtle flavors of sun-flower, completed by its delicate taste, perfectequilibrated and fresh, with accents of honey lime and willow.

White Bean & Lemon Soup finished with sundried tomato & herbs FAUTOR – 2016 Sauvignon Blanc/Aligote (dry white blend)

An exciting blend of two French varieties. At first dominated by the fine floral aromas, thewine then opens up with perfumes of lemon and pair. The taste reveals sensations of whitefruits with perfectly balanced acidity.

Winter Terrine with Pork, Chicken & Quince

MIMI – 2014 Rosu de Bulboaca – right bank Bordeaux style (dry red blend)

An excelent wine produced from red European varieties with outstanding features and an elegant flavor. The wine has a ruby color with charming purple reflections. With its floral aromas, this wine opens with notes of plums and saffron, followed by cinnamon and spices.

Veal Medallion with Mushroom & Madeira Sauce

An incomparable wine, clear, intense red ruby color ​​with intense aroma of blackberries, cocoa, coffee, with notes of black pepper. The wine is full body balanced, with accentuated black and red currant, strong tannins and a well tempered astringency.

It is produced from red grapes of European variety as Cabernet-Sauvignon. The thermomaceration of the must takes place at the temperature of +70°C, followed by the fortification with alcohol by stages and a long maturation of 1-3 years.
