Our uber-modern new French team wants to show you all one more modern technique, something fun and just as surprising as last weeks’ sous vide night:  working with an ISI canister to make different creams, foams and sauces.  The menu will feature a Scallop Mousseline, followed by Salmon with a Hollandaise Foam, and then Chocolate Mousse.  Some lovely Loire wines to go with it and then we’ll see you in the fall for more MBED nights.  As always, $35 for food, wine, recipes and a cooking demo.  Call for reservations; the online system doesn’t do special events!
